Daryl Posted April 17, 2022 Report Posted April 17, 2022 Happy Easter. I had a show that uses non library fixtures, using the lastest zeros update I changed them to another manufacturer that was listed in the library and exported it as per my lights. I loaded the fixture back in and did fixture swap out but it still shows in red as a non Library fixture, is this correct or have i done something wrong. Quote
Edward Z88 Posted April 17, 2022 Report Posted April 17, 2022 Hi Daryl, Happy Easter. Any fixture that is not from the installed ZerOS Library, will be displayed in red in the Fixture Schedule. This includes .zfix fixtures that may have been exported, renamed, loaded, and then patched. See the link below for more information… https://zero88.com/manuals/zeros/patching/fixture-schedule/change-fixture Hope this helps. Daryl Posted April 19, 2022 Author Report Posted April 19, 2022 Thanks for confirming, my thinking was that as the fixture was in the library before it was changed, it would take that data and make a new fixture profile to add into the library on my desk if that makes sense. Quote

The ZerOS Library on the console cannot be edited. Therefore even if you export fixtures from the library and load them in, ZerOS knows these fixtures are not from the core ZerOS Library, and so they are highlighted red once patched to let you know. If there is a fixture currently missing from the ZerOS Library that you would like added to a future library update, drop us an email to fixturesupport@zero88.com.
