Hi.
I've sent you an email a few month ago about creating new fixtures but didn't received any answer.
I've bought 8 stairville B1R moving head and 8 Varyec Hero Wash 715 HEX led. Unfortunately they are not in the library even after the 7.9.9. upload.

Can you please create those fixtures for me?

I'm totally unable to do it.

You will find the manual attached on my message.

Thank you for your help.

Sorry to hear this, could you confirm the address you emailed this to?

I have forwarded your fixture request to fixturesupport@zero88.com, and we’ll be able to get back to you next week.

If you have any questions let us know.

No problem it wasn't urgent. I've followed the link below "option 3 request" in May the 14th. It was the same adress you forwarded my fixture request to.

By the way I can't attach the Varytec fixture's manual. The file is 1.1mb. Do you have another option to send it to you?

Thank you for your help.

I don't believe a file of that size should be stopped by us... is your email provider blocking it? A URL to the file would be fine, if you've found it on their website?

Hi. I've just added  those two fixtures on my console. No problem with the Varytec.

But with the B1R there is a bug on the position menu.

When I turn the pan wheel it moves correctly but  the tilt is also moving back and forth at the same time. When I turn the pan wheel it moves from 1 cm back and forth only.

I checked twice it matches. I also tried to swap or invert but I still have the same problem.

Thank you for checking.

Please find the updated fixture file attached...
