Shane Considine Posted November 16, 2023 Report Posted November 16, 2023 Hello! I am trying to save a show to a new USB on my FLX S24 but when I go to save, it says <No Destination Devices> - I have tried all ports and the USB Lights up to say it is plugged in too so i am trying to figure out what is wrong Quote
kgallen Posted November 16, 2023 Report Posted November 16, 2023 Try a "small" stick, say 32GB or smaller. and ensure it's not in a "fancy format" - FAT32 is good... Quote
Edward Z88 Posted November 16, 2023 Report Posted November 16, 2023 Hi @Shane Considine Welcome to the forum. Please ensure the USB drive is not in the exFAT format, as this format is not supported by FLX S24 consoles. If your USB drive is a large capacity drive in the exFAT format, you should be able to reformat it to the NTFS format on a Windows PC, which will then be compatible with FLX S24. Please let us know if you have any questions. Quote Edward Smith Product Specialist Email Support
iank99 Posted November 17, 2023 Report Posted November 17, 2023 You also need to ensure that the primary partition on the USB drive is marked as "Active" as from experience that can also cause unusual issues Use something like Paragon Partition Manager to do that - Windows format will quite happily format a drive and not make it active Quote Ian Knight aka The Service Guy - www.serviceguy.co.uk
