Hi @Shane Considine

Welcome to the forum.

Please ensure the USB drive is not in the exFAT format, as this format is not supported by FLX S24 consoles. If your USB drive is a large capacity drive in the exFAT format, you should be able to reformat it to the NTFS format on a Windows PC, which will then be compatible with FLX S24.

You also need to ensure that the primary partition on the USB drive is marked as "Active" as from experience that can also cause unusual issues :(

Use something like Paragon Partition Manager to do that - Windows format will quite happily format a drive and not make it active :(
