thierry Posted November 2, 2023 Report Posted November 2, 2023 Hi everyone, I'm actually trying to switch on my Robe using the MFK "lamp on", and nothing happens. My 4 Robe 600E Spot are selected in the fixture section, and when i go to the Macro section (page 51... is that normal ?) and push the MFK number 1011 "lamp on", nothing... Previously, before having restarted the desk, the MFK was number 1016 on the same page 51, but the problem was the same. Pan, Tilt, Cues, all OK but no "lamp on". Any idea ? i'm running 7.14, everything is updated Quote

Have you doublechecked Macro 1011 is definitely the "Lamp On" macro for the Robe Robin 600E Spots, and isn't the Lamp On macro for a different type of fixture? To check, open the Macros window on the external monitor (SHIFT+MACRO), and then select the Robin 600E Spots. You should see a "Robin 600E Spot" tab appear at the top of the Macro window, showing you the macros for this fixture. You should see a [Lamp On, Fixture Non Position Reset] macro, with its macro ID displayed, which is the Lamp On macro for the fixture. To access this Macro on the MFKs, select the fixtures, tap MACRO, page down to the fixture macros (which start @ MFK page 51 onwards), and then find the correct Macro ID to activate. thierry Posted November 2, 2023 Author Report Posted November 2, 2023 Hi Edward, Thanks, I've tried using the macro window and then it worked 👍. 10 minutes ago, Edward Z88 said: Have you doublechecked Macro 1011 is definitely the "Lamp On" macro for the Robe Robin 600E Spots, and isn't the Lamp On macro for a different type of fixture? According to the macro window, yes it is. Anyway i don't have other fixture macros or user macros, this is the only one. But using the MFK, the lamp is not responding... Quote
thierry Posted November 2, 2023 Author Report Posted November 2, 2023 I've checked other MFK and same issue, no response. But using the macro window, everything's fine. Clearing the macros in the set up changes nothing. Quote

Fixture Macro MFKs are not activating fixture macros on Solution consoles. This issue is logged on our system as reference number ZOS-11852, to allow our software team to investigate further. thierry Posted November 3, 2023 Author Report Posted November 3, 2023 Hi, To be more precise, Today when i select the Robe in the fixture section : - the macro window shows 17 macros from 1006 to 1022 (1006 is "lamp on") (macros ar working fine). BUT - the real MFK show 22 macros from 1001 to 1022 (page 51 & 52) (macros are not working at all). One more thing, Yesterday, when i started the desk, the macros (the Robe's ones) were organised differently with differents ID (for example "lamp on" was 1011 and it was working fine too ...) but same problem with the real MFKs. I hope that will help. Regards, Thierry Quote

I can confirm this issue will be fixed in the next ZerOS update for Solution consoles. 1 Quote Edward Smith Product Specialist Email Support
