cbeard Posted July 23, 2004 Report Posted July 23, 2004 When I turn on my dimmers (desk on or off) they sometimes "crash" they still respond to the desk but certain channels will become hot and I am not able to turn them off from the desk. The only way that I can get them to turn off is to turn the dimmers off and back on, they can sometimes take three attempts to get all the channels cold at startup. Many thanks in anticipation Chris Beardmore Quote
Paul Posted July 23, 2004 Report Posted July 23, 2004 A few questions first, since we can't immediately think what the problem is... How old are your dimmers? What firmware version do they report at switch-on? Have you got any Chillinet panels connected? Are they Chilli Pro 4's, 12's or 24's? What desk are you using? Are there any specific channels that always get stuck on? Have you tried the 'Reset Dimmer' function on the dimmers? Does this clear the problem? Regards, Paul. Quote
K-Nine Posted July 26, 2004 Report Posted July 26, 2004 Are any of the manual control levels for any of the channels non-zero ? Quote K-Nine : Technically Advanced Roving Dog In Space Bran Media | Myspace
