Orb and iOS z remote app too big for screen

Hi,

it’s my first time using the z remote app with an Orb and it connects ok but I cannot get the app to fit my phone screen or respond to any input. You can’t scroll or move across the view is fixed as you can see in the screenshot. The command line does reflect what is on the desk but of course you can only see that small snippet. I’ve attached a screenshot below wondering if there’s a fix or if it’s a bug with newer iPhones/iOS versions. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I’ve tried both z remote and z monitor apps with the exact same outcomes. I’m using an iPhone 12

Hi Lewis,

What version of ZerOS software are you running on your Orb console? To confirm the current software version running on your console, please click the “Other Windows” button, found top left of the Output Window. From the drop-down choose System Info. In the window that opens will be a line of text displaying the “Software Version”.

The ZerOS Remote and ZerOS Monitor apps require the console to be running ZerOS 7.9.4 software or later.
