FLX48S DMX Output

Hi All,

We use a FLX48S desk. We output DMX through 5 pin socket on rear of desk, through our rack of dimmers then on out onto stage for on-stage fixtures. Can the desk act as a DMX Splitter so that we keep the 5 pin output for the dimmer rack, then terminate and then use the 3 pin output to feed on-stage fixtures? It only has one universe.

Yes. In Setup make both outputs Universe 1.

Hi @simzee47

As @kgallen says, you can configure the console so that both outputs send Universe 1. To do this, in SETUP -> Universes -> Desk Universe 1, click Add under DMX, and then add port 2.
