I starterd the ZerOS-7.11.exe on my PC, USB stick was formatted and files were copied to it. Everything seems to be fine in the process. Then I plugged off the FLX S24, entered the USB stick at the back ("behind" the touch panel) and plugged in the board. It started, but there was no new version installed. Attached you will find the system info of the board. What can I do? What is wrong?

Reading through the steps you say you took I think you may have missed something.

The steps (from the release notes here) are...

Consoles running ZerOS 7.8.3 or later.
To perform the update:
- Download the software from the Zero 88 website ( zero88.com/zeros )
- Unzip the download and save the .exe file onto a USB stick (don’t put it inside any folders)
- Plug the USB stick into your console
- Press SETUP to enter the console’s setup screen and choose “Load” on the monitor
- Select the file from the list displayed on screen and follow the onscreen instructions

- Once the update is complete, remove the USB Memory Stick and reboot the desk

Hi @Holger

Thank you for providing an image of your console's System Information. I have removed this image to hide your serial number.

As your console is currently running ZerOS 7.9.4, please follow the instructions in @Davidmk's post above, for "Consoles running ZerOS 7.8.3 or later"...

The problem was I thought I have OS version 7.8.1.2

You're not the first, and I guess you won't be the last to get caught by that one 🙂

The System Information window needs a bit of a general clean-up, and clarifying that the "OS" is not related to the ZerOS "Software version" is part of this. I have made a note.
