2.1 library file issue

hi,

I have tried several time to update my library to the 2.1 on a FLX, however when I enter -setup - load and select file from usb stick the console come up with an error... as apparently cannot  read zlbr. file .... what do I do wrong?😩

Hi @gmanno

Please could you confirm which software version you are currently on your FLX console? Please ensure you are running the latest software, which is currently ZerOS 7.9.9, prior to updating your console’s library.

Hi Edwards, yes latest software version currently installed, we are desperate to add a fixture which I hope is in the latest 2.1 library.

yes I do follow the instructions as reported but still get the same error even tried to download the file again perhaps I thought it was corrupted but still nothing.

I've logged a request (ZOS-10842) to hide filetypes starting with "._", to avoid similar confusion in the future.
