Remote Switches in Zeros 7.9.9

Have just upgraded our Solution to 7.9.9 (from 7.9.7). The Remote switches no longer work.

Reloaded 7.9.7 all OK. Upgrade again to 7.9.9 Remotes still fail.

Being stupid what have I missed ?

Also can the Remotes be tested in Phantom ?

What are you using to activate the switches?

Remote Switches can be emulated on Solution consoles, and also in Phantom ZerOS running as Solution, using the buttons in the "Panel" desktop on the external monitor. If you view the Panel desktop, you will see six horizontal buttons below the playback flash buttons on the virtual front panel. These are mapped to remote switches 1 to 6. If you use these, does the console trigger your macros/cues correctly?

I have been in conversation with Keith who is just setting up a "test rig"

We are using a local made (some years ago and well used) switch box.

With triggers calling two macros and four "go to cue".

Not that obvious or clear  on display but now aware.

Just tested in Phantom 7.9.9 Working as expected.
