Trouble loading Unbranded fixtures onto 7.9.9

Hello.

At the theatre I am involved in we have the FLXS48 desk currently using 7.9.8. It is awesome. However I was having trouble recording effects from the in built effect library into my master playback. I did some digging and found from another discussion that it was an issue with the software. So I followed the instructions, made a backup of the desk and updated it to 7.9.9. I was then unable to load the back up from 7.9.8 onto 7.9.9. So I tried to repatch the fixture to the desk however all of our lights would come under the Unbranded section and I couldn't get them to work and the old fixture profiles we had weren't loading, so I just went back to 7.9.8 for this current production. I have attatched the IFT files that I was trying to load and only the MS Lighting LED2009K file loaded. Just wondering if someone can check that these IFT files will work on 7.9.9 or if I need to get new ones made.

Do you have a copy of the show file (.zos) that you saved in ZerOS 7.9.8, and are unable to load into ZerOS 7.9.9? If so, please email this to support@zero88.com, and we will be able to advise.
