Chilli Pro Bypass channels stuck on

Hi Z88

I have three dimmers stuck 'ON' on a Chilli Pro bypass dimmer panel. Can I presume this is a triac issue or is there something else I should look for.

Have you ensured that the preheat levels, and manual control levels, are set to their defaults? 

Apologies for checking the obvious, but have you ensured the bypass switch hasn’t been activated for the channels at full?
