Craig Forrest Posted November 30, 2020 Report Share Posted November 30, 2020 Hi All, I currently have a dmx issue with a chilli 12-101 RCD dimmer, which is part of a chain of 7 individual dimmers. The dimmer in question is not recognizing the dmx signal and keeps displaying No Data. The transceiver chip has been changed both on the main PCB and on the key pad PCB, however the issues still persists. In addition when the dmx signal is connected to the board it also grounds/disables the dmx signal the the remaining dimmers. When the DMX is unplugged from the faulty board the remaining dimmers receive the DMX signal without issue. Has anyone came across this issue before and what are the likely causes? From our mail trail, I offered to have a look at it you could send the card set back to me, but don't think that happened or if it did it may not have been direct from you as i cant see any further conversations.
