sp Posted June 1, 2004 Report Posted June 1, 2004 Taken from the manual: "When blackout is active, the red light in the button flashes. Pressing the BLACKOUT button again will return the desk to normal outputs." Our bullfrog hasn't got a light in the blackout button. Just wondered - how do you tell then if blackout is active without a monitor attached? sp Quote
K-Nine Posted June 1, 2004 Report Posted June 1, 2004 Is there no red LED fitted in the Blackout button, or is there one but it's not working ? Quote K-Nine : Technically Advanced Roving Dog In Space Bran Media | Myspace
sp Posted June 1, 2004 Author Report Posted June 1, 2004 No, the Blackout button is next to, and identical to, the Lock button beside it - they don't have any leds installed. sp Quote

Paul Posted June 2, 2004 Report Posted June 2, 2004 Oops  Sounds like there was a mistake building your desks! Give our friendly service bloke Keith a call to discuss your options for getting some LEDs in your buttons. Keith will be able to discuss possible remedies with you, depending on how handy you are with a screwdriver and a soldering iron. <-- Keith It would be useful if you had the serial number of the desk to hand to help us trace the source of the problem. Please accept our apologies for this mixup. Paul. Quote
