Bought a Bull Frog with depleted battery. (came out of City of Varieties, Leeds)  Upon initial power-up (before new battery) there were various combinations of LEDs on generic end & frog end. Fitted new battery, cleared everything, defaulted everything. Generic end now works fine, faders, memories, sub-masters, etc but Frog end is un responsive apart from dispalying BULL FROG in frog display when doing boot-up. Do I need to upload some software?

From memory the frog section will not do anything until select a fixture, if the desk is defaulted then there will not be any assigned.

Do that first from with in Super User, there should be 20 already in the desk by default. Once that is done when you select the fixture it will activate the reset of that section.

Sounds like Keith has probably hit the nail on the head!

Have you got the Frog Manual? Also make sure you have the latest software on there, 10.12.

Everything you need is here:

I highly recommend the FrogOS Release Notes document after you've got the general gist of the console from the main manual.

And of course, just post on this Forum, there are plenty of experienced Frog-range users here (including me) who can help out.

Good luck!

Kevin
