DALX Posted April 20, 2020 Report Share Posted April 20, 2020 In the Change Chanel Window, Ch# is for change channel number, the Change all Names is misleading as it only changes the name of the selected channel, what does Change all Profiles do please ? DALX Posted April 20, 2020 Author Report Share Posted April 20, 2020 I have determined that the Change all Names will change a block of channel names, either added individually or by holding down channel select buttons to select a range of channels, then tapping the Change all Names box on the screen. That is correct, "Change All Names" allows you to change the names of all the currently selected fixtures. "Change All Profiles" allows you to change this all the currently selected fixture's personalities to another fixture personality. Yes change profiles allows to to repatch a fixture to a different type, or different mode. All existing programming is then applied to the new fixture.
