ZerOS Remote and Monitor App Not Responding To Comands

hi,

Ive been trying to use the Zeros Remote and Monitor apps with a FROG 2 desk. When I open the app the desk is listed and i can connect but it doesnt react to me pressing anything on the screen so I cant control the desk from the app; however, it can read from the desk and any inputs on the desk are listed on the syntax bar in the app.

The windows controller works perfectly but the IOS/Android version is not working for me.

Hello,

The latest iOS and Android apps are not compatible with FROG2 consoles. This is because there are no longer software updates for FROG2.

The Windows Remote Monitor will continue to work.
