FLX Startup issue

Had a problem when I started up my desk yesterday. Debug file attached.Switched off & back on, saved the debug file and the desk behaved for the rest of the evening. Startup show file & screenshots available if required.

Can you share the symptoms for the rest of us? What ZerOS version?

Hi David,

Really sorry to hear this.

What happened when you booted the console that required you to power cycle? Please could you send any screen shots and the show file to support@zero88.com

Kevin - for reference the console was running ZerOS 7.9.6.

The error ocurred during start up. Had to power cycle to get the desk up. Requested files will be in the mail shortly.

Hi David,

Please can you describe the error that occurred on startup? Did the console freeze? Was then an error message? Did the screen go black?

The start up was in progress then the screens in the snap shots came up and start up halted.
