Different shows stored in the internal FLX S memory?

Have tried to store different shows in the the internal FLX S 24 memory - but can not get it working.

Is it possible, and am I just doing something wrong? Or do I really have to use a memory stick? I would really prefer to have the different shows on the internal memory, and just use a USB stick for backup.

You can only have one Show on an FLX S. If have to choosen over different shows you have to use a usb memory stick. I have just a little USB stick that can be always connected in the desk. So it is always ready. From time to time you should make a backup from it.

I use: Zero 88 FLX S48 / ETC ColorSource 40 / GLP Creation 4096 / Chamsys MQ70 / Madrix

Hi Carpo,

As Eric says, ZerOS consoles can only store the current show file on board. Other show files can be saved to external storage.

There’s no issue leaving USB sticks plugged in all the time on FLX series consoles. Many people use the nano USB sticks and leave them in, to ensure they don’t get snapped off.

On Solution series and legacy ZerOS consoles, leaving USB sticks in on start up will cause a boot error.

Hope this helps,

Edward
