labby Posted April 8, 2019 Report Posted April 8, 2019 I have a leapfrog 96 running the latest solution software, when scrolling through submaster pages the desk locks up and a black cross appears on the screen. i have to restart the desk to correct this. is there a fix for this problem? Quote

Mathias Boschen Posted April 25, 2019 Report Posted April 25, 2019 Hi Labby and Edward, we had the same issues with our Leapfrog 48 some time ago. We could fix it by upgrading the internal memory. Our desk had only 256Mb Memory inside, so we upgraded it to 1024Mb. After it, the desk works very fine and quicker without any problems. Matze Quote
