Jon Hole Posted March 11, 2019 Report Posted March 11, 2019 Dear all, Over in our "Software Testing and Beta Releases" forum, we’re gathering information regarding how Lighting Programmers & Operators currently use, or would like to use, Pixel Mapping functionality on Lighting Consoles (not dedicated Media Servers). We'd appreciate your feedback (no matter how much experience you do or don't have!) - so if you'd like to take part, and do not have access to our Software Testing forum, please drop me an email with your Forum username. Many thanks, Jon Quote Jon Hole Global Product Manager, Systems and Control
James r Posted March 11, 2019 Report Posted March 11, 2019 I have never used it and to be honest I don’t really understand it Quote
Afx Posted March 27, 2019 Report Posted March 27, 2019 Simple shapes from readymade pallettes, run in layers. Quite simple really but makes people go wow. And Please dont force to populate every cell, world is a much better place when you can match your rig with the matrix so the effect doesnt go wonky. Quote
martin-144 Posted March 27, 2019 Report Posted March 27, 2019 I don't have any fixtures at the moment which would require pixel mapping. So, honestly I don't have a need for it. And I think there are other things that need to be fixed first. Martin Quote
scottydog75 Posted March 30, 2019 Report Posted March 30, 2019 Currently starting to look into a LED matrix project, would be great for some functionality on the FLX to control this. I can imagine using multi-touch colour picker would be fun with a large matrix of LEDs! Quote
