Uriahdemon Posted December 15, 2018 Report Posted December 15, 2018 Hi, I have recently bought a Iiyama ProLite T2452MTS to use with my FLX. It worked absolutely fine for the first week or so and now I cannot get any response from it at all. I can bring up the Calibrate Screen but it is not accepting touch commands. I am using ZerOS 7.9.4. Any help much appreciated please....?? Quote
Edward Z88 Posted December 16, 2018 Report Posted December 16, 2018 Hi Mac, Does this seem to have randomly stopped working or has something changed in your setup that may have caused this issue? When you tap Calibrate Touchscreen, try pressing the first touch point firmly a few times, and if it still doesn’t respond press the UPDATE button on the console and try again. If you tap Z -> System Information -> System Info, along the bottom lists the USB devices. Does this change when you plug/ unplug the touchscreen USB connection? Uriahdemon Posted December 16, 2018 Author Report Posted December 16, 2018 Hi Ed, Thanks for the reply. There has been no changes on the setup at all apart from loading different shows over last weekend. Something I have done quite a bit on the first weeks use. As soon as I get access to my desk I will carry out the advice you provide above and get back to you. Rgds Mac Quote

Uriahdemon Posted December 21, 2018 Author Report Posted December 21, 2018 Hi Ed, I set up everything and all working fine. I never had to hit update at all ..... it just worked weirdly. I also unplugged the USB and within system info it is picking it up attaching and detaching. The problem is will this happen again ..... is hitting Update the fix if this were to happen again please...?? Rgds Mac Quote
Edward Z88 Posted December 21, 2018 Report Posted December 21, 2018 Hi Mac, Glad to hear that it’s working. We have come across a couple of different touchscreens that report the same information, however require different drivers. Therefore there isn’t a way for ZerOS to determine which is which. If your touchscreen is one of these, a line of text will be displayed suggesting to tap UPDATE if it doesn’t seem to be working. If this line of text isn’t displayed, pressing UPDATE will not do anything. If you do need to trouble shoot this again in future, take a look in the USB Devices section of System Info like you did, to check ZerOS is detecting the touchscreen. Hope this helps, Edward Quote Edward Smith Product Specialist Email Support
Uriahdemon Posted December 21, 2018 Author Report Posted December 21, 2018 Was the Iiyama ProLite T2452MTS one of them Ed....?? Quote
Edward Z88 Posted December 21, 2018 Report Posted December 21, 2018 Hi Mac, Possibly- if you tap Calibrate and it works without displaying any text suggesting to press UPDATE, then yours isn’t one of these. Edward Quote Edward Smith Product Specialist Email Support
