Acme Emperor Spots gobos and colour not working

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me with this as this is for a production on Wednesday with a FLX S24 and we have 2 Acme Emperor Spots that we are able to dim and move but no colour or gobos. we have some equinox fusion 150's which are working just fine along with some LEDj 7Q5's and some generics. Does anyone know why the emperors wont work and is there a fixture file i need to download? the file on the desk says they are 16 channels. Any help with this would be much appreciated! :)

Hi George,

I would recommend sending an email to FixtureSupport@zero88.com with a description of the issue, and one of the team will be able to get back to you.

After having a quick look I can’t seem to find a manual for these fixtures. Do they have multiple modes available? Does the DMX address match on the fixture and the console? When changing the colour or gobo parameters from the console, does it seem to effect anything else on the fixture?

Any queries let me know.
