George Rogers Posted November 30, 2018 Report Posted November 30, 2018 Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me with this as this is for a production on Wednesday with a FLX S24 and we have 2 Acme Emperor Spots that we are able to dim and move but no colour or gobos. we have some equinox fusion 150's which are working just fine along with some LEDj 7Q5's and some generics. Does anyone know why the emperors wont work and is there a fixture file i need to download? the file on the desk says they are 16 channels. Any help with this would be much appreciated! :) Quote
Edward Z88 Posted November 30, 2018 Report Posted November 30, 2018 Hi George, I would recommend sending an email to FixtureSupport@zero88.com with a description of the issue, and one of the team will be able to get back to you. After having a quick look I can’t seem to find a manual for these fixtures. Do they have multiple modes available? Does the DMX address match on the fixture and the console? When changing the colour or gobo parameters from the console, does it seem to effect anything else on the fixture? Any queries let me know. Edward Quote Edward Smith Product Specialist Email Support
kgallen Posted November 30, 2018 Report Posted November 30, 2018 Many units have different mode options. Ensure the fixture is configured (probably via it's front panel menu) to the same mode as the fixture definition loaded into the desk. Kevin ETA: Doh, beaten to it by Edward! Quote
