Hello,

The latest public release software is ZerOS 7.9.4.

New FLX S consoles are currently being manufactured with ZerOS 7.9.4.3, which allows for hardware compatibility.

ZerOS 7.9.5 will be the next software version to be released. If you would like a preview of this software, please send us an email to support@zero88.com, requesting access to the beta version.

Any queries let me know.

Hi jb07,

Make sure you're following the instructions on the Release Notes. What you have described is not how you do a software update. You need to turn the console on without the USB stick, then plug it in, and go to SETUP > Load

Hello,

Running this software on PC is only required if your console is running ZerOS 7.8.3 or later. As you are currently running ZerOS 7.9.4.3, simply download the software from our website and, extract/unzip it to the root of a USB stick. Then plug into your FLX S, tap SETUP -> Load File, and choose the ZerOS .exe file. The console will run the software update, and when complete ask to you to turn the console off. The next time you switch the console back on the latest software will be installed, and the console will be completely factory reset.

Hope that helps, any queries let us know.

Hello,

That file is for Phantom ZerOS, which is software that runs on PC to emulate FLX S.

Along with this file you should find ZerOS 7.9.4, the software file for FLX S.

This should start downloading using the link below...

If you have any queries let me know.

Hello,

DO NOT load "PhantomZerOS 7.9.4.23 MD Beta.exe" into FLX S. This is to be ran on PC NOT consoles.

Contained in the same link should be a file named "ZerOS OS Creator USB - v7.9.4.23 7-12-2018 MD Beta.exe". This is the console operating system for you to load in.

(ZerOS 7.9.4.23 is beta software)

Any queries just let us know.
