I did find the 'Grand' master option, thanks for that utillity.
Now I like to give 1 fader ic. 24, the master fadercontrol over the
channels 1-4, so I can fade those 4 lights with just 1 fader.

But, how can a newby, as i am, do so?

Thanks for your help.

I’m not aware you can set a proportional master over an arbitrary set of channels.

Of course you could set up 4 channels and record that to playback 24 - but that is effectively a normal submaster but I suspect that is not what you’re after...

Hi Kgallen,

If the submaster fades all 4 faders/channels it does what I want to do it ;).
Just looking for 1 fader to fade out or fade in those 4 fixtures.channels/faders..... ;)

Hi Nes,

To record an intensity master for 4 channels, push those channels to full, tap RECORD, and then tap a flashing playback button you wish to store this too. Double tap CLEAR, make sure your faders are controlling playbacks, and you’ll then be able to fade your playback up and raise the level of the recorded channels.

If you hold SETUP and tap the button of the playback you just recorded, you can set the Intensity mixing to be Inhibit. This means these particular channels will no longer come on unless this playback is up- a little bit like a Grand Master just for those channels.

Hope that helps and makes sense, any queries let me know.

Hi Edward,
Thanks a lot. Your solution works fine, but it's not exactly what I meant,
because I don't have control anymore on the 4 faders. Is it possible to give
any fader independent control over this fixture and give 1 fader total control
over those four. In that option I can fade every fixture, but can also fade them in total.

How do I delete the option i just made ;)

Hi Nes,

To delete a playback, tap DELETE, and tap the Playback's flashing button. You will then be asked to confirm, as deleting playbacks cannot be undone.

From your description, an Inhibit playback will achieve what you are after. With the inhibit playback down, your 4 channels will not function. You would therefore leave your inhibit fader at full, giving you normal full control over your 4 channels, and then if you want to dim all of them together proportionally, you can use your inhibit playback.

Any queries let me know.

Remote is working fine as well. Even on iPad and iPhone.

Is there a possability that my devices remember the password?

Do you know where to find Lee 151 and 152, Edward?

Hi Nes,

Currently ZerOS Remote apps cannot remember passwords. Unless you have other devices on the same network, in most cases you can get away with disabling this level of security, as someone would have to know the router’s password first, before connecting to the network.

Full filter lookups are only available on the full size FLX console. FLX S only has the ability for Mood Boards by LEE Filters. What you could do to cheat, is load your show file into PhantomZerOS running as FLX, select your fixtures, choose your filter and record it as a palette. Then resave the showfile and load it into FLX S, and you’ll be able to use the palette.
