stowedout Posted October 1, 2018 Report Posted October 1, 2018 I'm thinking of taking a punt on a second-hand touchscreen monitor on the Bay of E. I can see that the list of compatible monitors is fairly small. Is the general feeling that most touchscreens that work with (for example) windows 10 would probably be compatible? Or are users finding that hardly any monitors other than the listed ones are compatible? Chris Quote
Edward Z88 Posted October 2, 2018 Report Posted October 2, 2018 Hi Chris, It's fairly rare we have customers reporting touchscreens not working with FLX. Is the Monitor you're looking at from one of the manufacturers listed on our article here... http://support.zero88.com/Consoles/ORB-XF/975056031/Compatible-touchscreen-monitors-with-ZerOS-consoles.htm If possible I think it would be worth trying before you buy. Any queries let me know. Edward Quote Edward Smith Product Specialist Email Support
stowedout Posted October 3, 2018 Author Report Posted October 3, 2018 Hi Edward, Thanks for the reply. No it wasn't one on the list that's what prompted the question but there are a couple Ilyamas . I was looking to see what was available on ebay. I will let you know how I get on. Chris Quote

I am just curious as I got one of these touchscreens after reading your post. It was good for a week but then had problems. Ed has put up a possible fix On a different post) which I have yet to try but was just wondering what your experience has been so far...?? Rgds Mac Quote
danglen Posted March 3, 2019 Report Posted March 3, 2019 Hi Mac Sorry just seen this post, did you fix the issue? Never had any issues, I have couple of them and used on my office computer before, and the touch sensors are very accurate. Just make sure that the USB port is working correctly. Dan Quote
