Updating ZerOS on LeapFrog 48

Hi we are currently running 7.8.2.36 and trying to update to 7.9.4

I have tried multiple usb sticks and run the USB creator which completes as expected. If i use the USB stick supplied with the desk it doesn't boot from it and simply moves to loading the current os. The other usbs I have tried say: Remove Disks and other media. Press any key to restart.

I'm sure someone else must have come up against this. Any ideass?

Hi Andy,

What version of Windows were you running on your PC? We have occassionally heard of reports of US B drives not being formatted correctly using Windows 10. Therefore if you're able to get your hands on a Windows 7 PC, it would certainly be worth a try.

You'll be pleased to hear once you're on ZerOS 7.9.4 (ZerOS 7.9.2 or later) future software updates can simply be loaded in to the LeapFrog from USB.
