Part numbers for fuses and fuse caps

Hi there, I'm after the RS part number for the correct fuses for the alphapack 2. I am also missing the bit that screws in to hold the fuse in place, where can I get hold of these?

This link will get you going with the fuses. I'll have to take a look at mine for the holders...
