HugoPilot
Hello everyone, FL Studio 12.3 (BETA 4) came out with the new ZGameEditor Visulizer V2. The new version has (finally) DMX Support. Now I am wondering: Can my laptop send DMX to the Jester ML to control my fixtures during timecode show, and during the "normal" show that I can normally control fixtures with the faders? If yes: How can I do that? Equipment: - Jester ML 24 - Enttec Open DMX - FL Studio 12.3 BETA Build 4 - GameEditor Visulizer V2 BETA Thanks in Advance
Jon Hole
Hi HugoPilot, You can use DMX to either control individual channels (generics only, not the moving lights) or to control the Submasters (allowing you to record whatever you want onto the submasters, including whole scenes of generics and moving lights / LEDs) If you go into SETUP (SHIFT+MODE), and scroll all the way down to <DMX Input Setup>, you should see it says <Snapshot> (with the triangular brackets highlighted in white). Press ENTER, which will highlight the whole word, and then use the up and down arrow keys to select either <Chans+Subs> or just <Subs only>. Press ENTER again, go down to <OK>, press ENTER, and then hold the MODE button to exit SETUP. Hope this helps, Jon Quote Jon Hole Global Product Manager, Systems and Control
