Setting the Home Parameters

Recommended Posts

I am using a Fat Frog with 4 Martin Mac 500's and instead of the home value being intensity=100%/225 I want it to be 0%/0. How can I change this.

If I have to change the personality file could someone please give me a step by step guide

Ta,

Sam

yes you have to change the personality files.

open the Fixture Type Editor

-> open existing fixture type file

-> select the wanted fixture file and open it

-> select parameters

-> double click on the attribute you want to change

-> adjust the default value in the requested value

Make sure that you save you fixture file when you are done editing. I've done the same think to all my fixtures. Default Brightness is 0, and shutter is 255. this allows me to program quickly while controlling the dimmer for light transitions, unless you are strobing.
