Saving a bricked Jester 12-24

I have an old Jester who was updated with the wrong software. When I put the console ON I only have the screen like on this picture :

 

I take a look inside, see a green led, do you think its possible, or do you know a method, to reboot the machine please?

Are you able to plug in an external monitor via the VGA port and give us a screen shot of what is showing please?
