Halvor Posted October 22, 2015 Report Posted October 22, 2015 On my fixture the dimmer is on channel 6. But when the value of channel 6 is between 127 and 139 it resets the fixture. Is it possible to set the fixture file so that the dim channel (on my Jester ml 48) only goes up to 126? (I don't need the values above 127 on channel 6) Quote
KWR88 Posted October 22, 2015 Report Posted October 22, 2015 No it is not possible to limit the max channel value with the fixture edit tools. Quote Regards, Keith Rogers Zero 88 Support: support@zero88.com
Jon Hole Posted October 28, 2015 Report Posted October 28, 2015 One potential options here is to put that channel in Beamshape instead, give it a default value of 126 and tick "Scale by Virtual Intensity". Now create a new parameter, set this as a dimmer and choose "Virtual Channel". This virtual intensity will go between 0% and 100%, and scale the other parameter between 0 and it's current value which (as long as you don't touch it) is 126.
