Problems with Betapack3

Hi!

 

I have a problem with one of our betapack3. Only channel 1 works, the rest is dead.. I have tried to manual run the channels but it still don't work..

 

I have also tried to reset the dimmer by holding down up and down arrow, but no response..

What to do?

please could email on the address below the units serial number found on the rear of the unit.

also can you confirm if the unit is running on single of three phase.

Are you also able to change to all modes in the unit or just manual mode?
