We're just about to buy a Solution desk for an amateur theatre and would like to run twin screens so that we have can have several views onto our rig, cuelist etc. Please report if this is possible using the USB ports?

Hi Wildswan,

No, there is only one VGA output on the console. The USB is used for Touch Screens, but they still need a VGA too.

However, you can do this wirelessly using a tablet such as an iPad. You'll need to plug a wireless router into the console, and then connect to it with the tablet.

Jon, thanks for this. If I have one screen how many windows can I have open on simultaneously? And waht is the largest screen that Solution currently supports?

Many thanks

Hi Wildswan,

Each Window can be quarter size, so you can see four at the same time. Other Windows can then be behind these (and quickly brought to the front), or you can put them onto the other Desktops to quickly switch between.

The output on the VGA is fixed to 1024 * 768
