Adding visage Vis060 to the desk

I have a Visage vis060 led block 6 and I was wondering how would I add this to the desk.

 

The model or manufacture isn't on the desk and I don't know how I would add the fixture. Do i add it as a dimmer or something else. I want to be able to use all its features.

Please see the attached.

Please note that the profiles are only valid if you keep the dimmer channel below 250.

Once you go above this it assigns a different set of controls on the first 5 channels.

(On the Leapfrog 48 & 96, once you patch this, you can go into SETUP > PATCH > EDIT FIXTURES, select your fixtures on the MultiFunctional Key, choose 'Topset' and change the topset on the dimmer channel so it doesn't go above the value keith mentioned above).
