led mover not saving in cues?

Hello all,

 

I have a led mover that wont save any data, be it position, colour or intensity in cues? the unit operates just fine but the solution wont remember any data? other movers are being used on the desk and save ok, is there something when the profile was made that got missed off?

I have the same problem, I just added 4 Phantom 575 pro's to the rig but i am not able to save any positions or memory's. I can control the lights using the weels and the position palette, but for some reason i am unable to save.

A couple of questions to clarify;

Do you have any other movers configured on the desk and if so, are you seeing the same behaviour with them?

What software build is on the desk - 7.7.0?

Could you attach a show file to be looked at?

These are the first moving heads in the rig, and yes the software is up to date at 7.70

I have loaded your show and did the following:

In the OUTPUT WINDOW - WINDOW SETUP - select SHOW FIXTURE SECTION - confirm with OK

SETUP - DESK SETUP - MEMORY DEFAULTS - TRACKING - YES

Working fine for me
