Jon Hole
Hi Rich, I believed you phoned the office this morning and Tyler is currently sorting this for you? If I'm wrong please let me know! Thanks Jon Quote Jon Hole Global Product Manager, Systems and Control
Alstead
I have the same problem, I just added 4 Phantom 575 pro's to the rig but i am not able to save any positions or memory's. I can control the lights using the weels and the position palette, but for some reason i am unable to save.
mikeb
Alstead, A couple of questions to clarify; Do you have any other movers configured on the desk and if so, are you seeing the same behaviour with them? What software build is on the desk - 7.7.0? Could you attach a show file to be looked at? Regards Mike
