Software 3.3 update problem

I did an update on a Jester TLXtra (05/2011) from software 3.0 to software 3.3. The Update worked well and the new version is also shown in the display. But since the update was done, there is a failure message shown on every startup, even after resetting the desk:




and instead of the XXX numbers like 062, 096, 098 and so on.

So it seems to be the same problem that was discussed in this thread:




I also won't be able to load show files from USB stick.


Im going to get software 3.0 now from the support in Germany but it would be interesting if the problem can be fixed in another way.
