Hello! I live in Russia, I work at theater and we have a Leap Frog 48 panel, insertions is changed regularly, but the panel all the same hangs, what you will advise? Thanks!

What ZerOS software version do you have installed in the Leap Frog 48? (SETUP - FILES - DESK INFO)

What is the serial number of the console?

Did you contacted our distributor Svetoch Samlight in Moscow for help?

Software version 7.7.0, serial number 0086101 11220125.

You said you would run 7.7.0 but the debug file however says 7.6.0.

The issue you had was fixed in 7.6.13 as part of ZOS-5319.

You need to update your console to 7.7 in order to get this sorted.

After flashing the 7.7 console began to behave unpredictably, downloaded shows and startup submaster console freezes showing a black screen.

Our software team have found a possible issue, and have added some code to try and fix this and give us more feedback to what is happening in the background. Would you be interested in trying this beta software to see if it fixes the problem you are experiencing or gives us a better idea of what is going wrong?

I need to eliminate a problem with continuous freezing of the panel, the last insertion led to threat of failure of performances, wanted to return previous 7.6.0, but at us didn't remain and at you on a site didn't find! How to correct it programmatically, or it is malfunction of iron and not to do without the address to dealers?

Have you found what some causes of freezing remote file errors which I sent to you? What should I do? Console does not turn the first time, to have to overload it 4-5 times!
