mikeb Posted August 25, 2013 Report Posted August 25, 2013 Hi there. I have a Lanta Meteor Fireball Batten running with 26 DMX channels. The batten works Ok when changing individual colours and I've created chases Ok, but would like to use the colour picker against all the LEDs - is this possible? Regards Mike Quote
Jon Hole Posted August 28, 2013 Report Posted August 28, 2013 Hi Mike, This is something we are working on. It's a BIG change to ZerOS and a MASSIVE change to the fixture library, so it's not going to be quick I'm afraid. Is this on an ORB or on a Solution? Many Thanks, Quote Jon Hole Global Product Manager, Systems and Control
mikeb Posted August 28, 2013 Author Report Posted August 28, 2013 Hi Jon. It's for a Solution XL Regards Mike Quote
Jon Hole Posted August 28, 2013 Report Posted August 28, 2013 We've defined this for ORB Series, but we're still discussing how we can implement this on Solution. Would you be happy if the colour picker only affected the whole bar? If not, how could you select just one of the LED components to control? Quote Jon Hole Global Product Manager, Systems and Control
mikeb Posted August 28, 2013 Author Report Posted August 28, 2013 I normally use 4/6 dmx channel battens as a wash light or to chase which work fine with the colour picker but have recently bought a couple of battens that control individual LEDs. My thoughts at the moment are that I would like to retain individual manual control of each LED for something like a chase - I've managed to run two separate colour chases simultaneously with help from the forum, but if I want a colour wash with a whole bar then I'd like to be able to use the colour picker. Jon Hole Posted August 28, 2013 Report Posted August 28, 2013 Hi Mike, So you would be happy if the Colour Picker controlled the whole bar, and then for individual LED components you would have to use the wheels? Regards, Quote Jon Hole Global Product Manager, Systems and Control
mikeb Posted August 28, 2013 Author Report Posted August 28, 2013 Hi Jon, Sounds good to me. Regards Mike Quote
