Hello,

I have 2 problems with the actual software 7.6.0 on an Solution Desk.

The first:

If a memory start auto with realtime, the desk crashes at this time. The Log will I upload as soon I have it here.

The second:

When I want to update a Position Palette it does nothing. He Holds the old Values. The Head is on full in this memory. If I Update the Palette and the Memory, he record the new position in Memory, and lose the position palette in Memory.

Hi Bizureus,

Please send me the showfile, the debug file, and let us know which memory this is happening on. My email address is jon.hole@cooperindustries.com

I'll look into this on Monday. If you just update the palette, and then rerun the memory, does this work? We are aware that if you update a palette, this update doesn't track through into your current memory until you rerun the cue. We are currently testing a fix for this ready to be released in a few weeks.

Hi Lars,

Have you got any more news on this? Have you got any debug files?

We haven't been able to recreate any of these issues I'm afraid - it's all working fine, apart from the one bug I mentioned above.
