Luke
Is the following lamp suitable for a Jester ML48: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/USB-6-LEDs-Super-Bright-Bulb-Switch-Flexible-Laptop-PC-Notebook-Light-Lamp-METAL-/271187645284?pt=UK_Home_Garden_Night_Lights_Fairy_Lights&hash=item3f240b1364 As mentioned before, I don't want to burn out the USB drive. Lu-men
Based on the specification given it will operate on the desk with out any issues. Which would be the maximum current that would be admissable on a Jester USB-bus? I wanted to use a Luna Led Light from GoalZero, works very fine, but the specification is a little bit confusing. On the website, they say it's a 1 Watt light (so, on 5 V it would need 200 mA) but with the light itself is packed a paper-form specification of 0,75 W/150 mA. Jon Hole
As long as it's within USB 1.0 specification (which presumably it would be) then it will work fine :-) Quote Jon Hole Global Product Manager, Systems and Control
