Fat Frog Go Button Going To Next Que Without Touching It

I have a fat frog desk that last night during a show started to flick through ques - the light comes on and it keeps flicking through ques. Can you offer me any help?

ok do you get movement and an audiable click when you press the button and release the button or does it push down and stay down. or move but no click.

If it pushes down and stays down then it may be catching the front panel label. it may be possible to free this by careful use of a sharpe craft knife to trim the access label back so it no longer catches.

Also if you have an external keyboarad connected then unplug this and see if the problem stops.
