KWR88 Posted April 25, 2013 Report Share Posted April 25, 2013 hi ok do you get movement and an audiable click when you press the button and release the button or does it push down and stay down. or move but no click. If it pushes down and stays down then it may be catching the front panel label. it may be possible to free this by careful use of a sharpe craft knife to trim the access label back so it no longer catches. Also if you have an external keyboarad connected then unplug this and see if the problem stops. If you still have issues then if you pm on the address below with you location ican point you athe closest repair center for you.
