channels not dimming

I am trying to program a show but certain channels on my Leapfrog 96 seem to be locked.

 

for example I have a scene with channel 87 set to 100% I then dim that channel to 0% in the next scene. If I load that scene the channel goes to 100% but if I try and bring that channel up to program for another scene it won't move from 0%.

 

I have cleared the loaded memories and the problem persists.

 

any help gratefully recieved as this is really slowing me down.

Sounds like either a patching issue or a tracking issue.
