Techie_caws9 Posted October 21, 2012 Report Posted October 21, 2012 I have recently started working at a holiday park and my main lighting console is a jester ML 24. Having never used a jester desk before I am still learning how it works. However last week a member of the team redecorated the lighting booth and moved everything around. Since then I have been unable to use the desk as when I turn it on it appears to be frozen in PRESET mode. No matter what I do I can't get it to change from this and yet have no control over anything while in this mode. I literally can't do anything with the desk at the moment and would extremely appreciate any help in solving this issue. Thank you in advance. Quote

What are the desk LCD displays showing, and if you have an exteral monitor connected is this showing the desk screen ok and can you see the clock in the bottom right running. Techie_caws9 Posted October 22, 2012 Author Report Posted October 22, 2012 The LCD displays are blank and the external monitor is not recieving a signal from the desk. I will get the serial numbers this evening when I'm in work, but maybe because I'm using my phone to access this, I can't see anyway of sending you a pm. Thank you for your help. Quote
