matty111 Posted September 12, 2012 Report Share Posted September 12, 2012 Hi I have one of the first frog desks, fader 1 to 12 outputs and only going up to 80% and then fader 13 output on ch1, fader 14 on ch2 and so on, if I set the out put with the keyboard then all works ok, I had had a quick look inside the ribbon is in com 1 and looks in good order, could someone try and help. KWR88 Posted September 13, 2012 Report Share Posted September 13, 2012 hi this sound like an issue with the preset selector switches. on the back of the preset PCB is a small block of switches they are used to set up which channels the PCB is decoding. for ch1-12 they are all off, for ch13-24 only number 3 should be on. My guess is you may find them all set to off. If you need any more help pm on the address below.
