I.D. Dimmer Issue

Hi there Zero88 world,

I've got an issue with one of my Zero88 ID 12 / 16 dimmers that's really puzzling me. I don't think I'm doing anything silly, but I am only really familiar with Zero88 consoles. The dimmer is showing as receiving DMX on all 12 channels. However, it will not output this to the lights. The really strange thing is that everything works fine in Switch Law. Naturally I've checked that all of the top output levels are set to 100%. Has anybody got any idea as to what is going on here? Hopefully it is not broke and I am just not doing something correctly.

Try carring our a full rest on the dimmer from in the super user menu.

Just a quick update with this. Finally got round to taking a look at this dimmer again and, wouldn't you believe it, it is working perfectly again. Thanks a lot for the help and advice though. I will keep a close eye on this dimmer though just in case the fault comes back. I'm putting this one down to those pesky gremlins again!
